French fries (chips)
Chips are fatty. Consuming chips increases fats and oils in your body. They will make your body oil forcing the excretory organs, the skin included, to work extra hard in dealing with the extra fat. As the oil leaves the skin through your pores, the additional activity might inflame or clog them up forcing acne to grow.
Other than this, French fries sit high up on the junk food pedestal making them one of the greatest enemies to a healthy body.
You will need to live an active lifestyle to burn all that fat and the empty calories you pump into your body with each serving you take. The same applies to potato chips.
